Support and Warranty Policy

There is a Company Policy of life-long Support for the ENAR and SCENAR devices. The Importer, Legal (ARTG) Sponsor and Distributor, Enlightened Therapies Pty Ltd, recognizes that your satisfaction as a device owner, therapist or user is critical to the success and acceptance of this new type of therapeutic medical modality.

In keeping with this understanding and commitment they undertake to supply

WARRANTY

1 year (12 months) replacement warranty (Not New for Old), after that, repairs at cost, with a loan device whilst yours is being repaired - or - After 12 months, you can buy a new replacement SCENAR at half the purchase price.

LOAN DEVICE

If  your device is faulty, during the warranty period, you will receive a replacement loan device for the time your device is away being repaired.

REPLACEMENT DEVICE

If  your device is faulty or worn out at any time in the future you may replace it for half the purchase price of the same model device.

There is an ongoing toll-free help-line for any assistance you may require.

We are happy to respond to any questions on any related subject. Also should you wish to communicate with anybody about SCENAR, resources and assistance are available to you. We hope that all SCENAR users will become honorary SCENAR Ambassadors.

Enlightened Therapies Exceptional Service

Dear Paul,

I would like to thank you and your staff for you help and exceptional service when I found that my SCENAR was not working yesterday morning.

As a SCENAR practitioner I have become so heavily dependent on having a functioning device to treat my patients.   After having reported my problem to Enlightened Therapies I am most grateful for the prompt response which resulted in a replacement SCENAR arriving at my clinic by 9:30am this morning. I had a very full day at the clinic today and my patients were most impressed that the excellent service of Enlightened Therapies enabled me to treat them with SCENAR today.
